The Kings' Creed Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2017
The fruit was whole bunch pressed, the juice was minimally settled, wild yeast was added, and finally the grapes were fermented in only old French oak barrels. Once ferment had finished the wine was left on lees for six months.
This Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is medium weight in structure, elegant, textured and balanced. Fruit purity shines through. This is a wine for those who like drinking in style.

"This hits the spot for a fresh take on chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills. Clean as whistle too.
Razor cut slices of nectarine, green apple, a faint hint of nougat and vanilla cream. Feels bright and very fresh, leaner in style than the the bouquet suggests, nice sense of spice and citrus zest breezing through that perfume. It’s super easy to drink, feels like it brings a touch of class.
Fairly priced, if not punching above its weight."
